Prices reflected are subject to change . E-Commerce, Restaurant, Real Estate, and other dynamic website sites may require additional services fees contingent on the inventory or items added to the content manager system.

Registered ‘domains are the property of the subscriber/members or website design clients unless purchased and maintained by Adaptive Marketing Group, LLC.

Upon payment of services, member subscriber receives full administrative access and has agreed to contract with Adaptive Marketing Group, LLC in the design and development of a website marketing content platform, i.e., Living Room Learning Channel ™ and/or other and connect and publish content to subscribers registered domain. Prior to full payment of services and website design, the content is copyright protected through Adaptive Marketing Group, LLC. 2019-2023. Graphics, photos and content is subject to copywrite unless royalty free or provided to Adaptive Marketing Group, LLC by the client.

Content hosting and published services are provided through Wix.com, Ltd, a cloud-based internet provider. All hosting services, third-party content supported applications and domain fees are the responsibility of the member/subscriber(s) website owner, and maybe subject to terms and change as determined by Wix.com or the various 3trd party application developers.

Content design fees are subject to change upon the twelve-month renewal period from the date of domain content inception. There is a 14-day money back cancellation period from Wix.com, Ltd for hosting services that will simultaneously apply for content designed by Adaptive Marketing Group, LLC.

Either party may cancel and/or terminate agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination or cancellation of the agreement between Adaptive Marketing Group, LLC and member subscriber, hosted domains will be stripped of content. If applicable, domain(s) will be transferred to subscriber within 48 business hours of written request and all contributory access and if use, Adaptive Marketing Group and Living Room Learning Channel ™ brand, if used, will be rescinded.
